Orders

We do ship within the EU with express delivery services. Orders with express shipping are carried by the best possible carrier company according to your location. Our system will add your shipping cost to your order depending on your order weight and shipment address. Express shipping delivery time changes between 2 to 5 business days. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

You'll get free express shipping on purchases for $150 and over. If the order amount is less than $150, our system will add your shipping cost to your order depending on your order weight and shipment address.

Returns

Returns are accepted for merchandise credit on unused and unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days. After checking and confirming the submitted product, your credit card or account will be repaid within 3 working days of the product fee. Returned shipping costs are belong to the shipper.

Our payment method is secured by Shopify.
If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby.
